BangerBay is safe place for people of all ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations to meet like-minded adults. The rules will always be as simple and easy to understand as possible with safety and fun in mind!! If you feel that someone is violating one of these rules, please let a moderator know.
Real people and real events is our founding principle and always our goal. Public posting about Adult events is encouraged but we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the event or what does or does not happen at said event. Events are entirely created by members and any issue or concern related to said event should be directed at event organizers.

Rude Comments, If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it. We are all adults here. If you do not like what someone has said, move on. If you do not like someone, move on. Keep drama off the website.
A photo is required, by uploading a photo you certify the picture is of me, by me, or that I have explicit permission to post it on BangerBay.com.
All content posting is either created by yourself or owned by yourself personally. No copyrighted material maybe posted. We reserve the right to remove any material we determine is inappropriate or not in keeping with the site and or its members. These rules are also covered in the terms of service (TOS) and our Privacy Policy.
We have many features but 4 are most noteworthy for new users:
- You can make notes on another person’s profile. Go to a user’s profile on the left-hand column of another users profile click the note box then click save when done. Making that note only you can view and read.
- On your own profile page in the upper left you can make many custom adjustments on who view your profile, how you receive notices, block members etc. these features allow you to individually set notification to your own specifications.
- Profile verification is our newest feature designed to help identify people as who they say they are and how they portray themselves to be. The fastest easiest way to get verified is to meet a verified member. They then can contact admin to get verified. We are very aware of the limitation of that method and are working on a system that does not require face to face meeting. Other sites use a combination of IDs or other documents and we are considering what is workable for our 100% volunteer team. Currently only face to face verification is possible.
- Using the Topic section from the menu ANY member can post information about MEMBER events that are keeping with the theme of the BangerBay modest fees associated with the event may also be posted. Events listed in the actual event section of the site are events that are posted by verified members.
