The reason we have an issue paying is 99% of the time the men that are there are not 25$ worth of my time. If they are going to charge they need to clean it up...it is their business an it is our money. So as they can charge anyone. We can chose where to spend our money. Not sure the understanding of our question was what this conversation went to lol
